A Partner Visa in the UAE is a type of residency visa issued to individuals who are partners or shareholders in a UAE-registered company. It is essentially the same as the Investor Visa, but the term “Partner Visa” is often used when referring to mainland company shareholders, whereas “Investor Visa” is also used for free zone investors or real estate investors.

A Partner Visa is for someone who holds ownership (shares) in a business licensed in the UAE, typically on the mainland but also applicable in certain free zones.
